Representation on the Board
The Board of Trustees is formed, as per the constitution, by representation from the Following Entities:

| Al-Ameen Islamic Centre | 1 Representative |
| Parent's Council | 2 Representatives |
The Board can also appoint non-voting members to sit on the Board for a one-year term.
Building
The Edmonton Islamic Academy Building is owned by the Arabian Muslim Association (Canadian Islamic Centre) and operated by Edmonton Islamic Academy Society through a rental agreement.
