Salary Grid

EIA values the recruitment and retention of all staff and understands the importance of maintaining a competitive status among Edmonton's educational industry. In the last two of years, the board introduced two large salary increases. The longer-term vision of the Board of Trustees is to meet or exceed the Salary Grid of other local districts.

Pension Plan Snapshot

EIA has a deferred contribution pension plan where an amount of money, based on your earning, is credited to an account in your name. EIA will match that employee contribution. The employee manages the growth of the plan.

Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to join the plan upon successful completion of 1 year of continuous employment with EIA.

Member contribution level is in consistent with number of years served at EIA.
